Refunds & Returns
MeEnchanted team wants all our customers to be happy customers. Therefore, before dispatch, your order is carefully inspected and packed with care, so it leaves us in perfect condition.
Please remember that natural wax is prone to slight colour variations and occasional frosting or matt areas. This is not a fault but is a characteristic of creating candles and wax melts using natural rather than synthetic wax. This does not affect the performance of your product.
However, should your order arrive and you wish to return for any reason, we will do our utmost to ensure the process is as smooth as possible.
First, please let us know you wish to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt via email at email@example.com. We will then reply with a return address and instructions.
Goods should then be returned within 14-days and in original packaging to qualify for a replacement or full refund. You will be responsible for the cost of return except for damaged goods. We recommend you use a tracking service with insurance as we cannot issue refunds without receiving the returned item.
Upon receipt, an exchange or refund will then be arranged immediately.
Sale or clearance items are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.
